A Mew's Tale Part 10

FIVE MONTHS LATER (back in Autumn's point of view)
I haven't been able to move around easily. It was true that the Legendaries refused to help us rebuild the damaged parts, so we just fixed it the best we could. My belly was humungous and I couldn't see my feet. It sagged over a bit, a lot more than it did when I was pregnant with just Anthony. Actually to tell the truth, my due date in two hours. Josh and I had a feeling that no Legendary was going to show up after all, which really brought us down. If they were really coming they should've been here a few hours ago. But I guess that a few hours ago would've been like 5 o'clock in the morning, so that may have an effect on their lateness. Anthony was extremely excited to see me give birth to his twin brothers. I was examining my belly for the thousandth time when a knock suddenly came on the door. Josh hurried to answer it and cried out loud. I read his mind and gasped loudly. There was a crowd outside of our door but they weren't Legendaries: they were my friends. Josh quickly counted the number of people and he came to a total of 16. I was shocked. Was I really close to 16 different people?!
"I bet you're looking for Autumn?"
"Yes, we are," Brock said. "How is her baby doing?"
"He's doing just perfect. And to tell you ahead of time, Autumn is pregnant with twins right now."
"Twins?!" I heard Ash's mom exclaim. What was she doing here? Who else was here?
"How long as she been pregnant with twins?" Professor Oak asked.
"She's due in two hours." Everyone went in a complete uproar.
"WHAT?!"
"No way…!"
"We better leave…"
"No, you guys  can stay. The Legendaries aren't even going to show up, which is really weird because when another Legendary gives birth, the other Legendaries have to be present unless one of the females has not given birth yet. This makes us wonder if they're going to show up at the last minute."
"We're going to get killed!" Ash whined.
"You guys better come in," Josh, stepping aside so the big group could all file in. "Autumn and Anthony are in the living room." Ash lead everybody in there and frowned when he saw me with Anthony touching my expanded belly. Misty, Brock, May and Dawn came up behind him. They all spread out so everyone could fit in the room and see me at the same time. Professors Oak and Rowan were next and then Norman and Caroline, Delia Ketchum, Gary Oak, Zoey from Sinnoh, Tracey, Johanna (Dawn must've told her, because I sure didn't. It didn't bother me that she knew anyhow), Max and last but not least, Sora. Sora scanned the room worriedly, apparently looking for Keegan.
He's not here, Sora, I whispered in her head. She gasped and looked at me with tears in her eyes.
Wha…? Why not? Where did he go?
He left on the day of their conception, I replied, pointing to my belly. He left a note, but it didn't say anything about where he was going. What's even more weird is that's the day when the other Legendaries started to hate us. I think Keegan must've said something to them to turn them away from us. A deep, booming laugh suddenly vibrated through the walls, shaking the entire, unstable house. I was afraid it was going to collapse.
"Autumn, it's called favoritism, not hatred!" Arceus' voice filled the room, startling everyone.
"Arceus, what do you mean?!"
"There's another new Legendary couple and we favor  their relationship over yours and Josh's."
"Please tell me it's not…"
"It is. Keegan and Deoxys were married on the day of your precious little twins' conception! That's why we couldn't come and help you! We were in middle of a wedding!" Sora started to wail really loudly, causing everyone to look at her funny.
"Guys, don't look at her like that! Ash and Brock, you know exactly how she feels! You found out that I married Josh and you both were completely heartbroken! Leave her alone!" I exclaimed.
"But we had no idea she had a crush on Keegan!"
"Well, she did, and now you know. Can we please drop this subject?" I asked. "Arceus, why did you favor Keegan and Deoxys' relationship over ours? Do you even have to have a favorite couple?! I find that very offensive."
"Autumn, you obviously didn't know about what was going on back when the rest of us Legendaries were becoming couples and then parents! Every other Legendary was choosing favorites out of the current couples at that time."
"Are you telling me that every single freaking Legendary except me and Josh have chosen to favor the DNA's relationship?! Even Jirachi, Phione, Manaphy and Shaymin?!"
"Of course! What else would you expect?" I feel my heart just shatter and tears came to my eyes. Josh started to cry too and I reached out for his hand. He didn't notice this so I couldn't reach it.
"Arceus, did you make all the Legendaries choose Keegan and Deoxys over Autumn or Josh, or did they truly choose what they really wanted to choose?" Josh whispered.
"They chose what they wanted. I did not make or force them and neither did Deoxys or Keegan."
"I find that really hard to believe."
"How can you not trust the rest of your own buddies?"
"It's not them I don't trust, it's you! For some reason, you've always hated us. I don't know why and I really don't care. So if you hate us so much, why the hell are you even talking to us?! If it's to give advice, forget it! Arceus, why can't you just leave us alone in peace?! GO OFF WITH YOUR FREAKING LITTLE POSSE AND LEAVE US ALONE IF YOU HATE US SO MUCH! FOR YOUR INFORMATION, I HATE YOU TOO! YOU SHOW UP AT THE MOST RANDOM OF TIMES AND DON'T EVEN GIVE US A WARNING THAT YOU'RE COMING! TELL THE OTHER LEGENDARIES TO STAY AWAY TOO, IF THEY HATE US AS MUCH AS YOU DO! FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, ARCEUS, GO AWAY!!" I was shocked out of my mind. I have never seen Josh this angry before. His face was a bright red and he was panting heavily. He looked like he could actually kill someone with just one punch in the face or something. Arceus just sighed and we couldn't hear her voice anymore.
"Josh…now no one's going to come visit us…" I whispered. "You kind of scared them off."
"Autumn, of course they will! I only told them to stay away if they hated us as much as Arceus does! What the hell is wrong with us that would make every single freaking Legendary on this planet hate our guts?! SO WHAT IF WE HANG OUT WITH HUMANS?! THEY'RE NO FUCKING DIFFERENT! SURE THEY'RE A DIFFERENT SPECIES, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING! THEY STILL HAVE SOULS, THEY STILL HAVE HEARTS, THEY'RE STILL JUST AS INTELLIGENT AS WE ARE! THEY SHARE THE SAME DREAMS WE DO: GROW UP AND RAISE A FAMILY! IF WE HATE THEM, THEN THEY SHOULD HATE US! THEN HOW COULD WE LIVE IN PEACE LIKE WE DO NOW?! WE CAN'T!! ARE YOU GUYS EVEN LISTENING TO ME?! POKÉMON AND HUMANS CAN BECOME FRIENDS AND NOTHING WILL STAND IN THEIR WAY! LATIAS, I BELIEVE YOU LIKED ASH WHEN YOU FIRST MET HIM BECAUSE HE FUCKING SAVED YOUR GOD DAMN LIFE AND TRIED TO HELP YOU SAVE YOUR BROTHER'S! JIRACHI, YOU BECAME BEST FRIENDS WITH MAX, DID YOU NOT?! MANAPHY, YOU CONSIDERED MAY YOUR FREAKING MOTHER!! DIALGA, GIRATINA, AND PALKIA! ASH, BROCK, DAWN AND SHEENA ALTERED THE PAST SO ARCEUS WOULDN'T HAVE TO GET ANGRY AND KILL YOU!! ARCEUS, WHY DO YOU STILL HAVE A GRUDGE ON HUMANITY?! FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, YOU ALL NEED TO START TREATING HUMANS AS EQUALS!" Josh was screaming at the Legendaries wherever they may be. He was extremely pissed off but he started to calm down once he got that off of his chest.
"Oh Josh…" I whispered, reaching out for his hand again. This time he noticed it and took mine. I rubbed the top of it softly and kissed it. He leaned down to my eye level and smiled.
"Dad, are you okay?" Anthony asked.
"Son, I'm fine now. I just needed to let it all out."
"Sometimes letting it all out isn't healthy for you," Professor Oak said.
"Professor, how is letting all the angry build up inside you and keeping it there healthy? You need to let it out or else you'll go crazy!" I exclaimed.
"Right, I guess I said the wrong thing," he chuckled. "I meant to say that keeping it in isn't healthy for you."
"Sure you did," I mumbled low enough that only Josh and Anthony could hear.
"Autumn, have you decided what you're going to name the twins?" Brock asked. I nodded and smiled.
"Their names are going to be Evan and Andrew."
"Is every different child you're going to give birth to will begin with an 'A' like their mother's?"
"No, I can tell what the child's name will be just by feeling their minds."
"No way! You can see that kind of thing?!" Ash cried. I nodded glumly and rubbed my over-extended belly. My babies moved happily inside of me, but they couldn't even make me fill in the empty hole that Keegan and the rest of the Legendaries had torn in my heart. Every time I thought about it, the bigger the hole seemed to get. Anthony was just as sad as we were. He leaned against my belly with his feet dangling off the couch. The twins could sense his touch and jumped happily. He twitched but didn't do anything else. An awkward silence filled the room, with no one talking or moving. A stomach growled softly (which only Josh, Anthony and I heard) so Josh left to go make some food and drinks. Luckily, we had boxes of crackers and cheese and five 2 liter bottles of pop. He pulled them out of the small fridge we had in the pantry (yeah, I know, we have a fridge in our walk-in pantry. Actually the pantry was more like a small room. A bed could probably fit in there, so we had plenty of storage for lots and lots of food). He set them out on the table and pulled out lots of cups. Anthony hopped down and rushed over to help him. Josh gave him a pile of paper plates that Anthony set on the table. Josh and Anthony worked together and set the crackers and cheese in a nice looking way. He announced that if they were hungry or thirsty, there's plenty of food. Ash's stomach was the one that had growled, so he asked Josh if he could make himself a sandwich. He showed Ash where the ingredients were and Ash got to work.
I struggled to sit, in which Brock and Gary rushed over to help me. I smiled at them both and Brock just smiled back. Gary walked back over to the rest of the group and they stood awkwardly, looking around at the poorly fixed living room.
"Autumn, what happened to your living room?" Dawn asked.
"I had an anger fit five months ago when Keegan left. I don't remember destroying everything but I know why I got angry. It was because Keegan left without saying where he was going. Josh had trouble calming me down."
"How did he finally get you to calm down?"
"He used Hypnosis on me and put me to sleep."
"But Celebi can't learn Hypnosis through leveling up or through a TM," Professor Oak said.
"I know he can't, which is why I forced him to learn it. I believe that if a Pokémon is of a certain type, they should be able to learn all of the moves of that same type."
"But I do know that Mew can learn any type of move."
"I have the DNA of every single Pokémon that exists!"
"So that rumor is true?"
"Rumor?! It never should've been a rumor! Professor Oak, you know who I really am, so therefore you should've approached me if you had a question about my species."
"I've never thought about it that way."
"And why not? Actually if you had a question about any species, you've should've approached me. I know everything there is to know about every single type of Pokémon because I am a Pokémon!"
"Okay, okay, I understand now, Autumn!" he exclaimed.
"Thanks, Professor."
"Autumn, what's Anthony like?" Delia asked.
"What do you mean?"
"How does he differ from human babies?"
"He grows up twice as fast, he'll become an adult at the age of seven and he's as intelligent as a nine year old."
"He seems like a very smart kid. How can you cope with his growth spurt?" she asked.
"It seemed too fast during my pregnancy with him, but now I'm getting used to it."
"After seeing Ash grow up too slow compared to little Anthony…"
"I'm not little!" Anthony exclaimed from the kitchen.
"Sorry Anthony!" she exclaimed. "After seeing Ash grow up slower than Anthony, I don't think I'll be able to get used to it. I mean, I'm barely used to you giving birth five months instead of nine."
"It's okay, Delia, I don't think anyone here except Josh, Anthony and I are used to it."
